My undergraduate degree is in K-12 Education & was a teacher for 9 years. My Master's Degree is in Sport Psychology from Adam's State University. I was a collegiate athlete & created XC and Track programs beginning in 2002. I have won numerous 5ks & 1/2 marathons. I've completed duathlons & ultramarathons.
